Honey Wagon was great. The men who came out explained everything and coached me on when i should have them back out based on the usage we had the past 3 years.
The appointment was for a 5-hour window. The office manager made the appointment for 7am to 12pm. The tech called me about just before 12 noon which was appreciated. However, shouldn't the office manager be able to keep me informed better rather than requiring me be available all that time? Once she saw the guys were going on another job first, then let me know that it would be later in that 5 hour window so the customer could be doing other things with his time. That was the only thing that i didn't like on this transaction.
Even with the challenges with appointment time I still rated it 5 stars due to the excellent service from the gentlemen performing the cleaning.
